Website Accessibility

Wisp is committed to making hellowisp.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to identify and address barriers across our site so that everyone can access information, explore our treatments, wellness products, and receive care without obstacles.

Our Commitment

Wisp believes that accessible healthcare begins with an accessible digital experience. Many of the people we serve navigate health conditions that can be isolating and stressful. We want our site to be the easiest part of their care journey, not another barrier. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the recognized standard for digital accessibility. We also incorporate newer WCAG 2.2 recommendations where applicable.

Where We Are Now

We are in the process of a comprehensive accessibility audit and improvement program. In June 2026, we engaged an independent accessibility consultant to evaluate hellowisp.com against WCAG 2.1 AA standards and to build a plan for sustained improvement.

Our current conformance status is partial. We have identified areas of the site that do not yet fully meet accessibility standards, and we are actively remediating those issues in order of user impact and technical severity.

Known areas of active improvement include:

  • Keyboard navigation and focus management across interactive components including the site header, search, and navigation menus.
  • Screen reader compatibility for controls, labels, and dynamic content.
  • Color contrast for certain text and UI elements.
  • Mobile zoom and reflow behavior.

We prioritize fixes that prevent users from completing tasks, followed by fixes that create significant friction, followed by fixes that improve the overall experience.

Third-Party Content

Some functionality on hellowisp.com is provided by third-party platforms and vendors. While we require our vendors to meet accessibility standards and request documentation of their conformance, we do not have direct control over third-party code. When we identify accessibility issues in third-party tools, we work with the vendor to address them.
